Shipping & Payment

The delivery is carried out by DPD or by a freight forwarder if the weight is more than 31 kg. Delivery to packing stations is not possible.

The horizont group gmbh will ship all items, from Monday through Friday, within one week of receiving the order, if not otherwise noted in the order process. You will be informed of any delays or cancelations of your order. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

For orders with a net value of less than 100.00 Euro, a minimum order surcharge of 25.00 Euro will apply. Packaging, delivery and other additional costs are not included in the net value of the order volume. 

Orders are shipped and invoiced on an open account basis, except for initial orders from first-time clients. Returns are only accepted subject to prior agreement with horizont.In the case of approval, we assume that the returned goods are in perfect and saleable condition.

 

In the event of a return, a handling fee of 10% of the net purchase value, but at least € 25.00, will be charged for restocking. The restocking fee may be higher if the goods are not in perfect and saleable condition, for example if the goods are marked or soiled and the original packaging is damaged.

Defective goods or goods no longer part of the current range will not be credited but scrapped or returned at the customer's request and expense.

horizont group gmbh is member of "Creditreform" (German debt collection and business information services agency) and participates in the DRD payment exchange information system ( Debitor Register Deutschland) operated by Creditreform. The DRD system is an experience exchange platform where participants from different industries can post their experiences regarding customer payment behaviour and benefit from other members' reports. For this purpose, we pass on to Creditreform the information about your payment behaviour that you have shown to us.
